To ensure peak performance and utilisation of your ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) Ikon Test Solutions provide total product support throughout the lifespan of all the products we supply. From initial installation and throughout the entire life of the product our team of highly skilled and experienced Engineers ensure our customers are never left alone. Furthermore, if you happen to have an existing test solution that was supplied by a third party we can also provide support.
Ikon Test Solutions also provide training programmes which are tailored to meet your individual requirements. We understand that appropriate training is crucial if you are to fully utilise your ATE and will therefore work with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your specific needs. Training can be carried out at your own location or at our training facility in Glasgow.
